Lacrosse Season

It's a blast to watch Sam on the field & Scott coaching during lacrosse season.  It's sometimes hard to tell who is having a better time.

And if you must spend all day watching game after game, you might as well wear pearls & fix your hair before heading out for the day!

Scott & I each had the pleasure of visiting the ER last weekend on the same day.  First Graham broke his arm during a rough game of football in the backyard (Scott took him) & then Sam hurt his knee during a soccer game (my turn).  They are tough boys & very fortunate to have sweet siblings to help move them along.

Happy Birthday Grace, Graham & Ben!

A few weeks back, we celebrated the August birthdays with back to back birthday parties at Jump for Fun (Grace & Graham) and Urban Air (Ben).  I have never been so tired in my life.  I wish someone would have taken a picture of me, Scott & my parents at the end of the second party so we could look back on it now and laugh.  The birthday kids had the BEST day ever.  Happy Birthday beautiful, energetic kids! You bring so much joy to our lives each & every day...I'm so happy we could celebrate you with all of your best buds.

Traveling Teddy

Ben was the first student selected in his kindergarten class to bring home their class bear.  He spent the week with us & was photographed along the way.  His friend Hayden was also selected from his class so it was fun to see the two bears cheering them on during their soccer game.

Teddy Bear Tea

I had the best time dressing up with Ben & enjoying tea with his class.  Each student brought a teddy bear friend and paraded around the school in their Sunday best receiving high fives & cheers from the older elementary school kids.  It was the perfect way to kick off kindergarten!
