Last Days of the School Year

The last few days of the school year are non-stop fun for the students! 

On Wednesday, I chaperoned Sam's 6th Grade class at Six Flags. I had high hopes of staying off the roller coasters...but somehow Sam talked me into riding them. This is the only picture that I took that day. Sam was in the last car with a friend. It was a long, hot day but Sam had a blast!

Lacrosse for a Cause

Sam and Ben played in a charity lacrosse tournament today. It was a hot and long day, but I love watching them give it their all for a sport they love...especially when you are doing so while raising money for a young athlete with cancer. 

A Wonderful Mother's Day

It was a wonderful Mother's Day.  Scott and Grace made breakfast for everyone. We then took the kids + Bailey to Grapevine Lake where we hiked and swam. When everyone was sufficiently exhausted and starving, we headed to Joe T's. It's our favorite Mother's Day tradition. Thank you Scott and kids for a wonderful day spent together. I am so lucky!

Mother's Day Tea at Rockenbaugh

The 1st Graders performed some adorable songs for their Moms last week. In addition, they drew a picture of us. I'm not going to brag, but I think both Grace & Graham's drawing of me looks pretty great! I also love to see them perform. I'm so lucky to be their mom!
